If you use Calendly, Scotty answers their questions first, then opens your Calendly right in the chat. Calendly only shows times you’re really free in your Outlook or Google calendar, and sends the confirmation. No Calendly? Scotty takes their details and the day and time that suits, and you confirm it. Calendly has a free plan for one type of appointment; if you offer several, you’ll need one of Calendly’s paid plans.
